The picture is created by two beings facing each other, sticking together, and then separating. When creating a painting using machines, the resulting image is often predetermined before the drawing begins. Unlike drawing machines that produce a definite image, this machine creates paintings by transferring paint from one panel to another. I attempted to express an unpredictable image from an image that should have been predetermined, through the behavior of emotional machines.

向かい合う2つの存在がくっついたり離れたりすることで絵を描いている。 機械を用いて絵画を生み出すとき、そこに現れるイメージは描き出される前に決定していることが多い。 確定したイメージを出力するドローイングマシンとは異なり、このマシンでは、一方のパネルに盛られた絵の具をもう一方のパネルに転写することで絵画を生み出す。 エモーショナルな機械の振る舞いによって、すでに決定しているはずのイメージから予測不可能なイメージを表出させることを試みた。
